Hitchcock, president of WHOA (Working to Halt Online Abuse at www.haltabuse.org), will inform attendees how to identify and help vicims of online stalking, harassment, spams and scams. Hitchcock travels the country training law enforcement, advocates, educators and security personnel how to work with cybercrime cases, as well as lecturing public audiences how to stay safe online.
